School-time classes for students have already begun. The space will be used for movement and fitness. Students will also enjoy lunchtime and after school offerings such as dance, thai chi, kickboxing and yoga.
For the greater community, starting October 1st we will be offering Vinyasa Flow yoga 5 days a week, scheduled for your convenience right after dropping your kids off at school. Classes will be held from 9:00am-10:15am each morning. Yoga in Motion will be offered 10:30am-12pm and after school.
Janet will also be offering a Restorative Yoga class Wednesdays at 2:00 pm. As the year progresses, our schedule will fill with more exciting offerings.
